Software Developer Gerrards Cross Buckinhamshire £25K-£45K
We are looking for an experienced Software Developer with either top class C# and Windows skills, or Java J2EE especially if they have worked for Sun Microsystems or similar company and architectural environment.
As a potential Software Developer you will have 2 years plus experience of solid C#, C++, Java and experience of low level, multi-threaded applications.
The Software Developer tasks will include:
o Analysis of requirements
o Functional Specification
o Design Specifications
o Implementation Specifications
o Implementation*Coding
o Understanding and using the Citrix build system
o Test Specification
o Testing
o Engineering documentation
o Adhering to Engineering formal*informal processes
o Interaction with other Engineering departments
o Interaction with other Citrix departments (e.g. Product Marketing, Sales, Support)

Key Skills C# programming, MS Windows development (Win 32*64), .NET technologies, WinForms, Multi-threading, Computer Science degree or equivalent plus relevant experience either in Industry or in an internship
Other Skills Additional desirable skills*knowledge in any of the following, C, C++ programming, Java programming, Oracle and*or SQL Server development (inc. stored procedures), COM, SNMP, WMI, XML, Management Consoles (e.g. MOM, Openview, Tivoli )
